Starting Salary: $18/hourly and up Depending on Experience
Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

SuiteMate Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced Craftsmen specializing in residential repair, maintenance, and remodeling to work projects in the Fort Worth/Grand Prairie, TX area. The job involves residential interior finish outs that includes floor installs, door installs, drywall work, carpentry work and cabinet installation.

A strong work ethic and attention to detail and safety protocols are essential to success in this role.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Follow project instructions from the construction manager or supervisor
• Ability to texture and paint
• Drywall install and repair
• Install backsplash
• Install flooring of different types
• General Carpentry Rough and Finish
• Painting Interior and Exterior
• Material Management
• Flooring repair and installation
• Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform site clean-up when projects are complete

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma
• Must have 2 years or more experience
• Strong knowledge of residential build
• Must have current Driver’s License
• 21 years of age and older
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must be punctual and reliable (Must have reliable transportation)
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Able to do physical labor and other strenuous tasks as needed
• Able to communicate effectively
• Must be able to work in the elements
• Monday – Friday, some Saturdays may be required
